Soundboard-to-Rim Clamp Pressure

I'm no expert, but I'll put in comments below.

I think the manufacturers (at least Baldwin) use 25 psi.  It seems to 
be sufficient.

What about firehose and air pressure?  At least that way you can 
measure what the pressure is.
