First, you have to bring the piano up 12 cents and later down 12 cents.  Four
tunings of one performance, charge accordingly and make it known the the
requesting party must pay for all four tuning up front before a pitch change is
make.  Neither you, the house or the following performer should suffer the
consequence of changing the pitch.

Sit down with the HHIC of the facility and define "Policy".

And as Avery said I said, "D's do not like change."
