Claudie.

I don't know what other suggestions you've gotten, but when I first started 
in the business, I took my actions to a local garage, where I asked to use 
the air compressor with a nozzle on it. I blew the dirt right out. Now I use 
a small 3/4 horse air compressor from Sears. If you're going to do a lot of 
these in the future, its not a bad investment, even if it's only to clean 
both upright and grand actions.
