And don't you just love the case style of the new "upright grand" hat =
has the hinge at  the edge of the bass and a looooooooooooong hinge pin =
requiring the piano be pulled out from the wall a foot and a half to be =
tuned.

   I wonder if most of the piano makers put the lid prop,on a grand, =
where they did on purpose,to make it impossible to get a good hammer =
angle while tuning.It's easy going till the last octave,trying to tune =
around the lid prop.(especially in a church where the piano is boxed =
in,and the treble end is against a wall).=20
