Hammer changing

It will be cheaper to buy Yamaha hammers already hung on shanks not as
separate pieces.

That being said, do remember that cheap does not always equate to good
tone.

I would recommend Abel or Renner.

Why are these hammers in such bad shape? Yamaha hammers are usually
very long lasting. If these hammers are worn badly then replace the
shanks as well. Bear in mind that the cost of parts is far less an
issue than ending up with a superior finished piano. The cost of parts
is passed on to the customer and should not be your choice but that of
the customer.

Remember your reputation rides on the work you do.
