Hi Tom,

In Ausieland we can order felts by model number.

Does anyone know if Yamaha actually marks their pianos built for =
different climatic conditions so that other people can say what climatic =
condition a particular piano is suited for or is this information a =
highly classified secret.

a serial  number corresponding to a non-gray market piano.
