Your encouragement is always most welcome, especially because it comes from a 
guy like you whose reputation lays down a red carpet in front of everything 
you say.
BUT. the cusomer isn't satisfied, and neither is the technician. So there may 
be something else we can do, if we want to get that " singing tone". No 
guarantees here, but sometimes technician satisfaction may be just as 
important as client satisfaction, I think.
