Hi Patrick,

Thanks for the reply.  My request was a little open ended on purpose.  =
Sometime this week, a rather large Sohmer with the different bridge =
configuration and a fancy case will be showing up on my shop floor.  =
I've been asked to do a thorough rebuilding estimate, and then advise =
the client.  Having never even tuned a piano like this, I was hoping to =
stir some firmly held positions, either pro or con, that we in this =
business are known to develop and hold.
I'm quite confident that the piano will benefit from a new board, but =
unsure as to whether a normal bridge is in order.
If anybody else has an opinion, I'm all ears....
