I haven't seen anyone yet question the phrase "complete rebuilt". I have seen this range from strings, hammers, dampers and refinishing to new optimized action, new redesigned belly, etc. We are talking a range of work that might cost anywhere from 6K to 35K. Pretty loose term here I think!
