      I would strongly suggest,  that you take  Wim,s
advice.  He has operated his own retail business
and has been a technician for many years.  In other
words he has been there, done that.  
      If you do not,  I fear that you will come to regret 
it. This is a  lose -- lose  situation for you if you get 
directly involved with the dealer on behalf of your
costumer.  At  least one,  and  perhaps both  the 
seller and buyer in the end, will have ill feelings 
toward you.
