The testimony of the techs on this list is enough of a study of whether the
product works. How long have you been following the list?
How do you figure DC should be held responsible for misuse of their
product? If a tech ruins a set of hammers trying Downey fabric softener on
them, is Downey supposed to replace the hammers? I don't get it.
