In = this case I had to lift up slightly on the UC pedal with my foot and = push the action slightly to the right as it moved in into position. I = had to be careful not to snap the highest bass hammer on the horn but it = seemed to work. I wish I could tell you exactly why. It's a brand new piano, and it was = working fine before I removed the action, according to the owner. Any = ideas?
