The biggest suspect from your description, (summer, church, many notes from 33 up) would be a ceiling fan going without your noticing, up in the rafters of the church. One of the quickest ways to insanity..... Otherwise, nonlevel strings/ hammers not mated to strings are two real common problems with these. Add the hammers that look like felt, but sound like rocks, and you've got a recipe for a tough tuning! good luck!
