crutches hints, anyone?

Crutches are more easily managed if you keep your arms almost or completely
straight and pull the tops into your ribs not into your pits.

Steps are good leg up and bad leg down. Takes a little practice to keep your
balance doing this but follow the rule and you will be safer.

If the case parts are hard to manage get the customer to help you. They will,
under your direction. Also sit down, lift out the part and slide it on the
floor until it is out of reach then push it with your crutch.

I would suggest a few more days before venturing out in the wide tripping
world. Get used to your crutches and know you can manage yourself well with
them.

Hope you heal well and quickly.
