I've owned SOTs and SATs and still have my SAT II (never owned a RCT), and *I'm* unhappy with VT's pitch-raise function! I love them spinnin' red dots! Unfortunately VT's monochrome (black on green) spinning peace sign does not get high grades for its "human interface." My 50 year old eyes don't want to stare at little arrows when doing a pitch adjustment., so I bring along the SAT II for the pitch-raise part of the appointment. It's not too bad when the pitch is already close, but it's still kludgey compared to the SAT display. Hopefully they'll correct this with a software upgrade, and eventually retrofit a better monitor.
