Yeah, pretty much in jest. But different colleges are just that, different, and different technicians find themselves in separate and unique situations. I didn't mean to demean those hard working techs out there who are primarily working alone and are swamped with work. I had to go up to the State University in Flagstaff one Thanksgiving to help pick up the slack for their tech who had hurt his neck, one year. I was doing six pitch raises plus voicing per day, so I know what it can be like. But in four days, I had almost a quarter of their pianos done, so what would I have done after spending two weeks up there?
