And so what did I run into tonight on an Aeolian/Chickering console with green monster hammers????? A little thick CA and finger vice grips and about 10 or 15 minutes for about 15 offenders. A few were even the second gluing event - someone used some kind of dark brown glue previously - most are holding but a couple had let go. CA seems to work - I'll be curious to see how they hold up after five or ten years.
