The following happened shortly after I started in the business. I tuned a grand, and I left my bill to get paid. Later that day I got a call from the lady, complaining about a strange sound. Fortunately she was only a couple of blocks from my house, so I went right over. (I wanted to set a good example of promt service). When I got there, I looked inside, and found candy bar wrapper laying on the strings. One of the children admitted putting it there. She not only didn't pay me for the extra service call, she didn't pay the bill until two two months later. I never tuned for her again.
