Pianotek sells a new "Sterner Pin-Puller" for removing balance or front rail pins without enlarging the hole. Has anyone used this device? How does it work and how well does it work. Any suggestions for an alternative method that works without enlarging the hole but at a low cost? Thanks. Terry Farrell
