Roy, I'm using PTBiz on a Windows desktop, which is on all the time. Even so, I have found it more convenient to keep my appointments in a Day-Timer book, rather than in PTBiz. I use PTBiz for Customer Data, Invoices, piano service history, Sales Tax data, and Gross Revenue data. I periodically do what Ed suggested to you: export the customer list to Excel, and copy it to the pocket PC. As far as I know, the Customer Data is the only info which can be exported in this manner. So you can get names, addresses, and phone numbers, but I don't think you can get appointment schedules or piano service history. regards, Mike Spalding, RPT ----- Original Message ----- From: Roy Peters <roy.peters@mindspring.com> To: <pianotech@ptg.org> Sent: Friday, December 27, 2002 4:07 PM Subject: PTBiz/PocketPC > List. > Season's greetings to all of you. > I have been using PTBiz.
