I doubt very much if the jack is bent. It sounds to me like the jack is going too far back, (towards the hammer flange). The problem might be a worn out, or even missing jack felt. This is a small piece of felt attached to the underside of the butt, at the end of the buckskin. If it is only on one of the keys,you might want to look at the other as an example. 

To remove the glued on jack flange, put several drops of vinegar on the glue joint. That dissolves the glue, and the flange should come off pretty easy. Another method is to heat the flange with a heat gun.
