Hi Tom,
              Don't over look squeak's from the damper spoon/ lifter felt, 
there were a few problems in this area with that vintage.
Sounds like you also have slow centre's. from rodent activity. Rebushing 
and re pinning is the best solution, if you don't want a slew of recalls.
