Sounds like it's just barely rebuildable. Hmmm? Maybe not. Anyhow, I
wouldn't pay more than a Thousand for it, (If I did that sort of thing, and
I don't)! If the client is considering rebuilding it, then fine, make offer.
Otherwise, he can tell the house seller to take it with him!
