I would recommend listening to the "PMI Steinway" MP3 at this location http://www.postaudiomedia.com/basishtml/demos.html Its Chopin's Fantiasie Imprompteu, and those low C sharps ring beautifully on this sampled recording! I would appreciate the comments of those with more experience with these titanic painos regarding this recording. Im currently considering the keyboard + this model D sample set for if I leave home and therin leave the piano behind. sniff. The real problem I suppose would be that the action would be very slight. N PS. They have Bosendorffer 290 samples from that site also - always worth a bash! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jon Page" <jonpage@attbi.com> To: "Pianotech" <pianotech@ptg.org> Sent: Saturday, December 07, 2002 10:47 PM Subject: Re: digital keyboards > At 02:46 PM 12/7/2002 -0600, you wrote: > >Hi, > > > >Much as I dislike them digital keyboards are a "fact of life" > > > >Here is a page that offers some interesting material about them? > > > >http://www.purgatorycreek.com/pianocompare.html > > cool site. > > My favorite is the Kurzweil PC2R - Warm grand > > > _______________________________________________ > pianotech list info: https://www.moypiano.com/resources/#archives >
