Bob,
It sold for $1.2 million in 1997, and according the latest press release
from Steinway (Nov. 22,2002):... "it was just purchased by DeVoe Moore,
a collector in Tallahassee, Fla. for $675,000. It will be on display in
his Tallahassee Antique Car Museum until he can build a concert hall for
its permanent home."

Found this 1890 Steinway on the web. This rare , signed ..B has an
asking price of 900,000.00 - 1,200,000.00. Any one remember what the
Alma-Tadema sold for in 1997?
