I don't have a problem discussing price..that's why they're calling in the first place..if they're price shopping, I'll lose. If they're trying to get a 'feel' for a person coming into their home, I win. It doesn't matter to me whether I get that 'cold call' or not. If the call is a referral, price doesn't matter.
