The likelyhood is that those bushings were installed with some kind of "Thermal-set" type glue. Try jus heat. I rigged an olde style soldering iron with a piece of round brass stock with the end ground to the configuration of the bushing hole. Put the whole thing on a rheostat, to control the heat, and voila'. It pretty much scorches the bejeebers out of the olde cloth, but who cares as long as it doesn't pull wood with it. regards, Joe Garrett, RPT, (Oregon)
