Steinway or Baldwin Concert grand search

I have a school client who as asked me to start a search for a Steinway or
Baldwin concert grand. They need the piano  delivered to S. Florida by
Thanksgiving. The  piano has to be structurally sound with an emphasis on
good sustain and power.
The school is on an extremely tight budget so they are not prepared to deal
with the high numbers normally associated with such flagships.  That being
said, if any out there  knows of such an instrument, reasonably priced for a
