I thought he was referring to reminding the customer (who doesn't have any 
appointment) that it is time again to tune the piano.  I used to print mine 
on my computer, and had poor results, so I've been trying the PTG reminder 
cards since August, and I'm still having poor results.  Very few of my 
clients opt for a 6 month tuning schedule.  Most have their pianos tuned 
annually.
