Steinway upright tuning

Gee WIm, what do you think of Steinway upright?  I didn't quite
understand your position.

When you tune a Steinway upright keep your tuning hammer as close as you
can at 10:00.  This is awkward and yes it does take extra time but you
can very easily control the pin (well it is easy but it is not fun).

You can tune them and I agree, drop them in the river, if you can lift
them.
