Touch up concert tunings

Hi Marcel,

If it is for a concert I do offer "drop dead service". If the hall is a
regular client they get to pay my usual rates. If not they get to pay X 1.5
of my usual rates. My other clients usually are very understanding if I
have to change their appointment.
