HI Tim Coates:

It was nice meeting you at Reno this summer.

In my video, I programmed the tunings by each of the programs. Although
there were slight differences in the way the programs work, the results
were hardly detectable. Each program uses different partials by which
to tune. The RCT changes partials between G# and A at 3 places. The
TunelabPro changes partials between E2-F2, E3-F3 and G#4-A4. The SAT III
changes partials between B2-C3, B4-C5 and B5-C6. As a result you can see
that the programs must give different cents offsets. One could go to
extra trouble to use the same partials at least between the RCT and the
SAT III, but I wanted to show how the instruments or programs naturally
compute their tuning scales.

I also wanted to show how in each of the programs I could vary the tuning
according to my own preferences.
