easing damper guide bushings

Make up your mind. Do you want "best", or "quickest"?  Quick doesn't
usually work all that well. I'd check side bearing first, since correcting
that is the quickest fix to a common cause that comes immediately to mind.
Then I'd consider heating the wire just under the bushing with a soldering
iron and running the heated section up through the bushing to iron it out a
tad. If that's too slow, I guess I can't help.
