absolutely..AND go over the mover's checklist with them..they may 'know'
what they're doing, but it only takes a split second slip-up to cause a
problem on the other side....'there's a scratch on the key slip...funny,
it's not on our check list as to being there before we moved it'...

I don't mean to be a wet blanket, but in this area, I see alot of horror
stories from people who did not do good prep work...movers AND owners.

treat the piano like it was your own.
