..now really folks..is this any way for a professional organization like ours to be reacting..or acting..towards a customer? I find it moderately disturbing that people who _I_ look up to in this business( i know, I have some low standards) would discuss the possibility of paying a visit en mass to a deadbeat customer. There are other means(most of them legal) for Brian to make his point to this customer that payment is expected and any further delay will result in legal action, blah blah blah.. but none of this would be more fun than drinking with the boys and leaving the empties on or near the lawn of the deadbeat!
