Tee nuts with machine screws going all the way through is one thought. I'm assuming you have clearance on a few holes at least. Screw inserts would work nicely too. I hope nobody over tightens them though. Seems the movers I see either barely run the bolts in finger tight or they use a 3 foot breaker bar to tighten those suckers.
