Destringing fun!--Thanks!: Question?

I am curious about this procedure.  Do you take the tension down first?  Can 
you take the tension down, break the beckets, pull the tuning pins, and then 
cut the strings with the dremel?  Or do you need the tension in order for 
the dremel to cut effectively?
