New England Piano String

I've used NEPS several times.  Sal (retired) sometimes goes to Italy for
extended vacations.

He makes accurate strings, using the wire size and lengths I call for, but I
have had some trouble with strings being somewhat dead.  I've usually
improved them by using additional twists, but I may not use them again.
I've always faxed the scale to him.
