My own situation is that 99+% of my clientele are in the same area code.
So I don't see any advantage. An 800 number might be worthwhile if you
live in a gigalopolis with multiple area codes.

If you wanted it to ring your cell phone, you can call forward from your
land line. Which I don't recommend, the way these telephone solicitors
have been degrading the signal-to-noise ratio.
