Hi Jeannie... in addition to the other stuff thats been written I find sometimes that slowing the wippen down a bit can help out. If the whippen flange/center is really fast then it can "blubber" on the capstan on return. Often easy enough to hear this particular action noise because of the bobbling nature of the sound it makes. Take a look at the keys balance pin hole to. Good luck.
