Hi Dan,
Melissa Barns has Steinway M which will need to go to Georgia. 
Apparently, she has already spoken with you. Before this piano leaves 
I have to redo the fallboard as it had gotten scratched.  Please 
clear with me before you arrange a pickup.
Also, the following phone numbers will be necessary to get into Cora 
Witten's home in Vero Beach.  She has listed all the necessary 
contacts to gain entry.
Also the Steinway O your guys picked up for me from A&C pianocraft, 
will go to Craig Clarke's home and not mine, as it is getting 
refinished first.  Please give me a 24 hr notice when to expect them 
so that I can meet them over there to let them in.  Craig is out of 
town this week and won't be back until next Saturday.
Also I need a bill from you for the Steinway move, to and from NYC.

one more thing...hopefully by the end of this week will have 2 more 
rebuilds completed to be returned to Vero Beach. Two small grands, no 
stairs located within 1 mile from each other. I would like to be 
ready by next Friday if that's a possibility.

I had a call from Melissa B. yesterday. She says Dan Cody tells her he won't
have another shipment going north until around June 20th, and even by that
date I gather she isn't sure they will be ready to receive it. I told her
that I'm leaving for Massachusetts earlier than planned (June 14th) but that
I'm leaving garage door openers and house keys with the neighbors across the
street and with my cleaning lady Jeanette Stewart.

Jeanette's phone no. is 561-778-2412 . She will be coming in probably on
Friday every other week to clean, drive my car & things like that. By phone
you could pre-arrange to meet her here so you or Dan Cody could get in the
house.

My neighbors are Lois and Graham Lister, their phone no. is 561-234-0450,
their email address is <glister2@netzero.net>. Lois & Graham do travel now
and then, but Jeanette would be a back-up in case they're not here.
