Newton, the phone# I have for them, which came from a PTJ article on the
topic, doesn't work.(915)778-4907  Actually, I think it wasn't an
article per se, but a cybertech exchange, or whatever they call this.
The pervailing wisdom at the time was complete rail replacement. But
that was then and this is now and I have three customers waiting for me
to do something.
