Thank you for responding, Tom.  I looked in the Pierce, of course, and
found nothing.  I am not familiar with the Dolges book.  Where could I find
a copy?  Where was it published?  Are there European reference books that
may have something?

I am not optimistic about finding much about this piano.  I have just
gotten very curious.  Probably one of those one hit wonders.
