Hello Patrick:

   What you have, I beleive, is a Wood & Brooks 90%
action.  I have found one reference  that this action 
was a product of the Thayer Action Co. just before 
they were sold to the Wood & Brooks Co. In 1947 this
action was presented  by a factory in a shop I worked  
in as a " Grand Action " in a console.  I was young 
and very naive  at the time and  went for this 
"spoon fed line".  
    If you will send your address  I will send you 
the jacks you need.  I would ask thet what ever they 
are worth to you that you send that amount to the
PTG Foundation.  Please note att.  "Mary Kinman".
