the best tip from Reno

Friends,

Since I am in the habit of attending the national (international)
conventions, I regret that for several reasons I felt it unwise to go to
Reno this year.  For those who went, would you let the rest of us know
perhaps one practical tip or piano-related info you picked up that will
benefit the rest of us?  I know I would surely appreciate it, and I hope
to be part of the action next year in Chicago.
