Amazing story

Most of those types of pieces are written by freelance writers. Most are
likely fiction. My roomate in grad school paid his way through school by
writing many of those "hot" letters and sold them to Hustler, Penthouse,
etc. Magazines. He said same thing with Reader's Digest. Just another reason
to not believe everything you read!
