Lester Grand key rail.

Hi Tom,

When I had said, upstop rail, I was using Merle Mason's diagram I on page
5 of his book. I could see no part in the diagrams, that referred to a
grand.

Fallstrip from his index indicates Fallboard strip, which is a hinged strip
that is part of the fallboard cover. So I don't think fallstrip is right.
