It is indeed important for electronic clocks. ( if I'm correct , there's two ways to calibrate tunelab : manually, by filling in a number, or calibrating using the computer's clock. I feel better with a manually calibration) Wether it's 59 or 60 Hz, the noise is still there, causing problems with the accu pickup.
