Greetings, I moved a lot of pianos with them, 75% were damaged in transit, so do your best to ascertain the condition before and after. Make sure that you have the piano examined before and after the move! And document any case damage you see. You may have trouble getting the Keyboard Carriage driver to stick around long enough for you to examine the piano upon unloading, but if there is damage, and you call them the next day, you will be told that they are not reponsible for what happens after they unload the piano! Be prepared to find a finisher touch-up man on your own expense, or have the piano crated for the ride. Regards, Ed Foote RPT
