The other day I had to make a quick fix on a flange bushing. The bushing on had come out on one side and I didn't have extra flanges in my tool kit. So I tired something, and it worked. I pushed a center pin through the bushing still in place, and made sure it was centered in the empty hole. I then put a drop of medium SA glue in the hole around the pin, and shot it. After it hardened, I held on to the center pin with a needle nose, and turned the flange. It worked. The resistance was a little more than normal, but after I put the flange back on the butt, it was loose enough to give me about 3 and half swings. It's certainly not something you want to do all the time, but in a pinch, it might save a return trip. Willem
